A casual environment. There is no dress code at Rock Church. Just come as you are comfortable. Everyone is welcome.
Activities for the kids. Children are welcome to worship with their families and we offer busy bags for the kids who prefer to stay with their family during the service. Currently only offered at our Plaistow location, Sunday School is available for kids ages 4-10 and 10+. Childcare is available for children under 4 years old.
Plaistow: contemporary music and relevant teaching. Our worship is upbeat, spirit-filled, and contemporary.
Sandown: UMC traditional worship-style with hymns.

Easy access and ample parking. Our church buildings are wrapped with parking in both the front and back of the buildings, so you never have to worry about finding a space. Our worship facilities are also handicap accessible.
